Can I host guests for free?
Yes you can. It's very important to us and the Coalition that people from all backgrounds and income levels can participate in events, mobilisations, and actions.
As a host, you might be living under certain housing and renting restrictions that prohibit you from subletting your space, even for short terms accommodation. If that's the case, you can host for free as well.
To help keep our platform running, and to keep the guest committed to their bookings, we only charge guests a $1 per night Community Booking Fee when booking a free host space, which is donated to the Coalition. No fees are kept by Human Hotel.
